If you bought one of our products and found it faulty within 6 years of purchase, we will replace your product free of charge. Simply ship your faulty product back to us.

FAQs for Replacement Program

Am I eligible for product replacement program?

Products covered by our Replacement Program must have been purchased within the last six years. There are no other special requirements in order to qualify for it.

How long does it take for my product to be replaced?

It usually takes 7 working days to issue a replacement. Replacement is only issued once your faulty product is received.

Who is paying shipping costs?

You cover the shipping cost to return product to us and we cover shipping costs on the replacement.

Will I get exactly the same product specifications as my old one?

Yes. The product that you are replacing will be exactly the same as one we are sending you, including size, material, or any other specification.

How and where do I ship the product for replacement?

Please fill out the form above. Our technician will contact you within 48 hours for additional details on how and where to send product that you are replacing.

Where do I find my "PRODUCT ORDER ID" ?

In order to find your product “Order ID“, go to “My Account” page, and then choose “Orders” tab. From this page, you will be able to see all of your orders. Find the order under which you have ordered your product that you are replacing and use that “Order ID“.

Where do I find "Model Number"?

In order to find our “Model Number” you will need to go to that product page. Choose necessary products specifications from drop down menus. Below the product title, you will see in order “Model #“.
