We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur, and we reserve the right to correct them at any time.

All Streamtek products include an 8-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you agree that:

• All billing information is accurate

• You authorize Streamtek Corp to charge your payment method

• Orders may be canceled or refused for fraud prevention or stock issues

Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• All orders ship within 24 hours (Monday–Friday)

• Delivery timeframe: 1–9 business days (United States)

• Shipping fee: $25.00 USD flat rate

• We currently ship only to the United States

Streamtek is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs processes.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible products.

To initiate a return, please contact sales@stream-tek.com to request an RMA number.

Return conditions:

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

• Refunds are issued within 10 business days after inspection

7. Warranty

All Streamtek products are backed by an 8-year warranty.
If your item becomes faulty within 8 years of purchase, contact us for an exchange or replacement.

Proof of purchase is required.

8. Limitation of Liability

Streamtek Corp is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of profits or data

• Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications
