How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@stream-tek.com or call 705-770-4455 to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending your item back.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• Products must be in unused, undamaged condition, with no physical or cosmetic damage.

• Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with the return.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping (if prepaid) will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.
Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be required for the carrier claim.

Warranty

All Streamtek products include an 8-year warranty. If your item becomes faulty within 8 years of purchase, contact us for an exchange or replacement.
Proof of purchase is required.
